The solemn opening ceremony of the "Heilongjiang TV Week in Azerbaijan-2017" was held at CinemaPlus Azerbaijan.

Within the framework of the event, a signing ceremony of memorandum of cooperation between Space Independent Television and Heilongjiang Television was held.

A tripartite memorandum of cooperation was also signed between Heilongjiang Television, Independent Space TV and the Eurasian Academy of Television and Radio. The memorandum was signed by the head of the television channel Space Vagif Mustafayev, deputy director of Heilongjiang TV and radio broadcasting Zhao Hongyan and President of the Eurasian Academy of Television and Radio Valery Ruzin.

Speaking at the ceremony, the head of Space TV, the first vice-president of the Eurasian Television Academy, Honored Artist of Azerbaijan Vagif Mustafayev stated of his high appreciation of the cooperation between Azerbaijan and China.

The guests of the event were the President of the Eurasian Academy of Television and Radio Valery Ruzin, first deputy head of the Propaganda and Agitation Department of the Party Committee of the Heilongjiang Province Yan Dianjun, Deputy Director of the Heilongjiang TV and Radio Broadcasting Zhao Hongyan, Charge d'Affaires of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Azerbaijan Li Jinsong, Honorary Guest the Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Erkan Ozoral and representatives of the Executive Power.

After the inauguration ceremony of the "Heilongjiang TV Week in Azerbaijan-2017", a presentation of the documentary "Journey to the World of Health" ("Sağlamlıq aləminə səyahət") was held.
