"CinemaPlus" held the "National Cinema Day"

Premium cinema theatre "CinemaPlus Amburan Mall’ held the "National Cinema Day".

In honor of this day there was presented film "Farewell, Schmidt!" (original version: "Əlvida, Şmidt!")

Tragicomedy film was shot at ‘Mozalan’ studio with the support of Ministry of Culture of Azerbaijan and first popular science publication "Yol".

On this evening the guests of cinema theater were crew members of film, actors, directors, representatives of mass media and bloggers.

Director and producer: Ali-Sattar Guliyev, screenwriter: Rustam Babazadeh, director of photography: Nadir Mehdiyev, second director: Akif Rustamov, production designer: Aziz Memmedov, composer: Isfar Sarabskiy, executive producer: Tarlan Babayev, artistic director: Lale Kazimova.

Starring: Honored artist Rasim Jafarov, actor Azer Aydemir and actress of National Academy Russia Drama Theatre of Tbilisi, Mariam Kitiya.

People’s artists: Rasim Balayev, Rafig Aliyev, Gurban Ismayilov. Shamil Suleymanli, Honoured Artist Zemfira Sadifova, actress Gunel Memmedova, Alikan Rajabov and others.

The film tells the story of German, Emil Schmidt, who was born in Azerbaijan and here finds his happiness and love. The story of tragicomedy film unfolds in Goygol (formerly: Helenendorf).

The organization of event was supported by: Cinema Distribution, Cinemazadeh, Lunchef catering LTD, Xırdalan beer and Sheh su.

The long-awaited tragicomedy will be screened at cinema theatres starting from September!
