CinemaPlus hosted a pre-premiere screening of the long-awaited “Bohemian Rhapsody” in Dolby Atmos.

Pre-premiere of “Bohemian Rhapsody”, biographical drama dedicated to the great performer Freddie Mercury, in Dolby Atmos, took place at CinemaPlus, premium class cinema located in the Ganjlik Mall.

A notable part of the show was a photo session with electric guitars and original show program. The honored artist of the Azerbaijan State Russian Drama Theatre, Maksud Mammadov played Freddie Mercury and caused pleasant nostalgic feelings among the guests of the event. Then there was an unexpected flashmob by “NERO” dance group under direction of Emin Useynov. The final part of the show program finished with the performance of talented young singers, such as Elvin Novruzov (L'veen), Vlada Akhundova, Tofik Hajiyev, Ruslan Alishan, performing live the legendary and well-known songs of the “Queen”.

Stars of show business, famous journalists, bloggers and entrepreneurs of large organizations were the guests of the cinema at the evening.

“Bohemian Rhapsody” is an American-British biographical drama about the history of the “Queen” rock band with Rami Malek, star of the “Mr. Robot” TV series, playing the legendary singer Freddie Mercury. Initially, Brian Singer (the “X-Men” franchise) was engaged in biopic production, but during the filming he left the project due to health problems, and Dexter Fletcher (“Eddie “The Eagle””, “Wild Bill”) replaced him in the directors chair.

Starring: Rami Malek, Lucy Boynton, Joseph Matzello, Mike Myers, Ben Hardy, Aidan Gillen, Gwilym Lee, Tom Hollander, Allen Leech and Jess Radomska.

Briefly about the film: Honoring the “Queen”, their music and their outstanding singer Freddie Mercury, who challenged stereotypes and defeated conventions to become one of the most beloved artists on the planet. The film traces the band’s dizzying path to success, thanks to their cult songs and revolutionary sound, and its almost collapse, as Mercury’s lifestyle gets out of control at some point, and then their triumphant reunion on the eve of Live Aid, one of the greatest performances in the history of rock music.
