Azerbaijani traveler and famous journalist Azer Gharib is working on a collection of films "Bir səfərin izi ilə" (“In the wake of one visit”), dedicated to the official visits of national leader Heydar Aliyev.

Azer Garib's first visit was dedicated to Italy, which Heydar Aliyev visited in 1997. This interesting project tells about the historical cities of Italy he visited, and shows the unofficial sides of the official visit. Together with the traveler, the viewers will go on an amazing journey through Rome, Naples, Pompey and the island of Capri, capturing extraordinary moments of the journey.

The second film tells about interesting moments of the official visit of the national leader to Japan in 1998. Filming took place in the cities of Tokyo and Kyoto.

The project manager, Azerbaijani traveler Azer Gharib said during the presentation that the film takes the audience to the ancient history of these two cities.

A. Garib also stressed that the film format will record interesting moments on the same topic regarding 4 more visits of the national leader.

The creative team of the film, the author of the idea of which is Azer Garib, includes editor Ayaz Mirzoev, producer Asker Garibzade, cameramans Ali Aliyev and Violetta Matsue, editing specialist Elmar Tarieloglu.
