On November 4, the day of memory of Sakhavat Hasanov, who died in the battles near Lachin was held in Ganja.

The commemoration ceremony was attended by relatives of the martyr, local residents and employees of the cinema chain “CinemaPlus”. Sakhavat's colleagues and friends recalled the warm moments from his life history. Then they visited the grave of the martyr. They put flowers on his grave and read prayers for his soul.

Also, in memory of the martyr, in Ganja the spring was named after Sakhavat Hasanov.

We would like to note that the martyr was born in 1994 in Ganja city.

From the first day of the war, he took part in battles for the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.

By the orders of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, he was posthumously awarded with 5 medals "For the Motherland" and "For the Liberation of Lachin".
