"CinemaPlus" cinema theatre is launching 4DX format for the first time in Azerbaijan
Citing the links listed below, on June 18th "CinemaPlus" cinema theatres chain has signed deal with CJ 4DPLEX (www.cj4dx.com), the world’s leading cinema technology company at European Expo CineEurope (Barcelona International Convention Center) in Barcelona in order to bring the multi-sensory 4DX format to "Dəniz Mall", Azerbaijan.
Azerbaijan will be the 65th country globally for 4DX and the 4th country from CIS following Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.

"Dəniz Mall" is located in the capital city Baku, alongside the Caspian Sea and scheduled to open by the end of 2019. The unique design of the mall, which is inspired by the eight-pointed star on Azerbaijan’s national emblem, is developed by London based Chapman Taylor. The 4DX auditorium will open inside the Cinema Plus theatre, which will accommodate 11 screens and 1165 seats.
4DX innovative theater technology enhances the on-screen visuals of action-packed blockbusters and haunting horror films, transcending the traditional cinema experience through special effects including motion-synchronized seats, wind, fog, rain, lightning, snow, bubbles, vibrations, and scents. The result is one of the most immersive cinema formats in the industry, drawing fans into the action on the big screen.
Each 4DX auditorium incorporates motion-based seating synchronized with 21 different effects and optimized by a team of skilled editors, maximizing the excitement of the movie, beyond the limits of audio and video. More than 650 Hollywood and local titles have been screened in 4DX. To date, more than 75,000 4DX seats operate in 649 auditoriums, spanning 64 countries.
"CinemaPlus" is the biggest cinema chain in Azerbaijan, with 13 cinemas, 60 screens and 5762 seats in 7 cities - Baku, Ganja, Nakhchivan, Sheki, Guba, Masalli, and Mingechevir.
"CinemaPlus" is the only cinema chain in Azerbaijan that invests in dubbing feature and animation films into Azerbaijani by professional studio "Cinemazadeh"
