Due to his naivety, the main character of the film, gets a job in the city in an informal collection company. His duties include the collection of debts from those who owe money to the banks or to the individuals. Having successfully completed his job, one of the borrowers of the hero is found dead, and the hero himself is arrested, since all the evidence is against him. The main part of the film takes place at Guantanamo Bay, a place resembling the Alcatraz Prison. The protagonist comes up with a plan to escape from prison to prove his innocence. But it is impossible to escape from this prison.
