After graduating from university, İrem goes back to her parents, unaware of what awaits her. The house is filled not only with her bedridden mother, introverted father, and cousins she grew up with, but also with buried pains and hidden fears.

On the very night of her return, her grandmother Mukaddes suddenly dies, shocking the family. But this is only the beginning. While the young women believe the unease comes from her death, the house conceals a much darker truth.
