The long-awaited Turkish drama “Uncle” (Dayı): Bir Adamın Hikayesi" (Uncle: One Man's Story) will be shown in the chain of cinemas “CinemaPlus” starting from February 17.

The main role was played by Ufuk Bayraktar, known as the character "Dayı" in the TV series "Ezel". He is accompanied by the beautiful actress Gizem Karaca Ermekci, who received high praise from the audience.

Director and screenwriter of the film is Ugur Bayraktar.

Briefly about the film: Since childhood, Jevakhir was a bully with a heightened sense of justice. He never offended the weaker, but he liked to get involved in adventures. When the hero grows up, the parents advise the guy to leave his native village for Istanbul. There he starts working for a man named Seifi, who makes coffee for the townspeople. At first, everything goes well, but soon the big city brings the guy face to face with the most unsightly aspects of life. Trying, as in childhood, to defend justice, the hero begins to confront the bandits. Only now an ordinary village guy cannot give a worthy rebuff to criminals, so very soon Jevahir himself becomes on the path of crime. With honesty, courage and justice, he wins respect in certain circles, but at the same time he makes many dangerous enemies for himself.
