The film follows Can and his friends, who travel to a mysterious mansion in Istanbul at the invitation of his dying grandfather, only to become the targets of an ancient curse.

As soon as they enter the mansion, a dense fog cuts them off from the outside world, and they fall under the influence of a supernatural force connected to a cursed painting.
