Azerbaijani film director and the head of “Space” channel Vagif Mustafayev has been appointed as the advisor of the Hong Kong television about culture, television and film.

The appointment was made official on an event in Baku on 11 October. The guests of the event were Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism Adalat Veliyev, Ambassadors of Turkey and Russia, representatives of Chinese and Ukrainian Embassies.

On top of that, in the framework of the event V. Mustafayev was awarded with the Golden Order of Consent.

V. Mustafayev was also awarded with an International Highest Golden Order for “special merit in the development of Euroasian culture”.

In addition, it was confirmed that they will begin production of a Russian, Azerbaijani and Chinese movie “Kambey”. The director and screenwriter of the film is V. Mustafayev. The shooting of the movie will be held in the line of Academia on television and Euroasian radio.

Afterwards, a Chinese film “Moscow Walls” was screened for the guests.
